Dealer Requirements /Return and Repair Policy

No returns accepted without prior notification. Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition or an additional 15% fee will be applied. Credit card payments cannot be accepted after 10 days of invoice date without a fee. NO REFUNDS, COMPANY CREDIT ONLY. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

Advance authorization: no item may be returned or sent in for repair, without advance authorization issued by Sabra Dental Products. You must call for a return authorization number. This authorization number must be in plain sight on the outside of the package being returned. Unauthorized returns are refused unopened and automatically returned to the sender.

Return and repair authorizations are not issued if:

A: The return would violate federal regulations

B: The returned items have been in the customers’ possession for more than 30 days from the date of Sabra’s invoice

C: The returned items have been used, in whole or in part (this does not apply to products sent in for repair)

D: The returned or repaired item was in any way customized, altered, or made special to suite the customer.

NOTE: OSHA regulations require that equipment be disinfected or sterilized before being sent in for repair. Sabra will return products without repair, if we deem that they are not safe for handling, not autoclaved or contaminated.

A: Authorization to return a product does not imply that a credit or a refund will be issued. Sabra shall be the sole determining authority as to the issuance of a refund and the amount of such refund or credit.

B: Sabra accepts no responsibility whatsoever for items returned without authorization or that have been improperly packed for shipment

C: All small equipment must be packaged for return using the same packing materials that it was received in from Sabra. If possible this also applies to products sent in for repair (with the exception of handpieces) Note: Special packaging materials are used for protection and safeguarding of the merchandise and are important for proper shipment.

D: Sabra reserves the right, with respect to any merchandise returned, to make appropriate repairs, to bill the customer for any repairs which are not considered by Sabra to be covered by its product warranty, and to return the merchandise to the customer, when and as appropriate, on a C.O.D. basis, the C.O.D. charges to include any freight costs incurred by Sabra.

E: Sabra accepts no responsibility whatsoever for merchandise returned to the company wherein the customer has not followed the instructions herein.

F: In the interest of serving our customers more efficiently, customers receiving service on non-warranted repairs are expected to accept charges of less than $100 without further notification.
